Unified Community System (UCS) is a robust digital platform designed to enhance healthcare delivery at the community level, equipping frontline health workers with the tools necessary for addressing health challenges such as HIV, TB, Malaria, Family Planning, and Maternal and Child Health.<\/p>\n
UCS includes two mobile applications: WAJA, which supports community-based interventions, and KITUONI, which focuses on facility-level interventions. Additionally, the system features a dashboard that enables data export and visualization of the information collected through the apps.<\/p>\n
