CCPmedicine is a community-based social and health services-providing organization established on September, 2013 under the companies Act, 2002, as a charitable organization that aims to offer preventive health services through health education, early detection of diseases, and facilitation of timely disease interventions. Our interventions focus on prevention of non-communicable diseases mainly: Heart and lung diseases [stroke, diabetes, hypertension and asthma]; and cancers of the breast, cervix and prostate. CCPmedicine approach is through collaboration between the private and public sector [PPP] thus we work close with the Municipality of Ilala, the Ocean Road Cancer Institute and Muhimbili National Hospital JK Heart Institute.
